The service

Fergie Baby AI generates a short vertical video from a photo you upload. It is an independent tool: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any artist, label, management company or social platform. References to a trend or a song title describe the trend, not a partnership.

Your account

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. Keep access to that mailbox: it is the only way to reach your credits and clips. You are responsible for what is generated through your account.

What you may upload

• A photo of yourself, or of a person who has given you permission.
• Adults only. No photos of children.
• No celebrities, public figures or anyone who has not agreed.
• No nudity, sexual content, violence, hate, harassment, or content that impersonates someone in a misleading way.

We run an automated content check on every photo, direction and finished clip, and refuse anything that fails it. We can suspend an account that abuses these rules.

What you get

A 12-second, 9:16 MP4 at the resolution you selected, without a watermark, delivered to your account. The clip is silent: we do not supply music, and you add the sound on the platform where you post. Results differ from run to run because each render is generated, not copied from a fixed file.

Credits and payment

• A render costs 5 credits at 480p, 10 at 720p, 30 at 1080p (12 seconds each).
• One-time credits never expire. Monthly credits are valid for the current billing month; yearly credits for the current billing year.
• A failed render returns its credits automatically. See the Refund Policy for money refunds.
• Subscriptions renew until you cancel; cancelling stops future renewals and leaves the credits you already hold in place for their own validity window.

Your content and ours

You keep the rights you already had in the photo you upload. You are responsible for having the right to use it. We keep the rights to the site, the reference footage, the prompts and the software. Do not resell the service itself or claim it as your own product.

Availability and limits

The service depends on third-party models and can be temporarily unavailable, rate-limited or unable to render a particular photo. When a render cannot be completed, credits are returned and no money is owed. We may change pricing and specifications; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to that purchase.

Liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect losses, for how a platform treats your post, or for any claim arising from a photo you did not have the right to use. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
